Rando DX

Rando DX was developed for operations that still require a high-performance hydraulic oil, which have a different set of performance criteria compared to our core hydraulic oil line and traditional 10W grade products. The product shows extended drain intervals.

Rando DX 46 has higher Zinc levels larger than 900ppm and has detergent and dispersant properties. Such oils can disperse solid contaminants and to emulsify liquid contaminants. This means that formation of deposits or tacky residues, which would lead to breakdown of the system, is prevented as far as possible.

Rando DX 46 is a product that is made to work and improve the operation of the excavator. Using this fluid, the operator can demand more from the equipment operating at a higher level of efficiency and greater productivity as a result compared to using a monograde or engine oil product. By the end of the day, there is an improvement in the results, but also a reduction in the physical strain or impact to the operator due to the lower force required to control the equipment.

Rando DX 46 demonstrated in field tests up to 4.2% improvement in energy efficiency and up to 5.2% improvement in productivity over an OEM genuine fluid and even higher returns over a Synblend 10W-30 engine oil.
